We provide professional talent management, marketing, and communication services to content creators, models, and influencers (collectively, “you,” “your,” or “the Model”).

By working with us or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Astra Elite Models is an agency specializing in the management and growth of creators on platforms such as OnlyFans, social media, and other digital networks.

Our services may include:

- Account management and communication with fans/subscribers.

- Content planning, marketing, and brand development.

- Social media strategy and engagement.

- Scheduling and publishing assistance.

- Data analysis and performance optimization.

- Collaboration and partnership coordination.

The specific services provided will be determined under an individual management agreement, service contract, or onboarding form.

2. Relationship Between Agency and Model

The relationship between the Agency and the Model is independent.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer–employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

The Model retains creative control over their personal brand and content, subject to platform rules and applicable laws.

3. Model Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information for account setup and communication.

- Maintain compliance with all platform policies (e.g., OnlyFans Terms of Service).

- Respect the agency’s operational and scheduling structure.

- Avoid sharing login credentials or sensitive data with third parties without notice to the agency.

- Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or exploitative activities using the managed accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide is legally compliant and owned by you (or that you have full rights to use it).

4. Agency Responsibilities

We agree to:

- Provide professional account management, marketing, and growth strategies.

- Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and financial information.

- Use industry-standard tools and secure systems for communication and file management.

- Act in the best interests of the Model to grow their online presence and revenue.

- Clearly communicate expectations, reports, and results on a regular basis.

5. Payments and Revenue

The financial arrangement between the Model and the Agency — including revenue splits, payment schedules, and bonuses — will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

All payments from the platform (e.g., OnlyFans) may be processed either:

- Directly to the Model’s account, followed by a transfer to the Agency for its agreed share, or

- To a shared business account managed by the Agency for distribution according to contract terms.

The Agency is not responsible for platform-related payment delays or third-party processing issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content (photos, videos, posts) created by the Model remains the intellectual property of the Model, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Marketing materials, campaigns, and assets developed by the Agency (captions, edits, graphics, strategies) remain the property of [Your Agency Name], unless explicitly transferred or licensed.

Both parties agree not to use the other’s name, image, or content for any purpose outside the scope of this partnership without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both the Model and the Agency agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the collaboration, including:

- Personal and financial details.

- Platform credentials.

- Strategic, creative, or operational information.

This confidentiality obligation continues even after termination of services.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice, subject to any notice period defined in a separate service contract.

Upon termination:

- The Agency will hand over account control to the Model (if managed by the Agency).

- Outstanding payments and balances will be settled within 7 days.

- All access credentials shared during the collaboration will be revoked or transferred securely.

9. Limitation of Liability

Astra Elite Models is not responsible for:

- Platform outages, account suspensions, or bans caused by the platform or third parties.

- Unauthorized content reposts, piracy, or leaks outside our control.

- Earnings fluctuations due to algorithm or policy changes.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to the Agency during the 30 days preceding the incident.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued collaboration after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
